Our Process: How We Work
Xtreme Dynamics handles each project with the individual attention you deserve. With that in mind, we use the following general graphic design process:
Corporate identities & logos
Whether you’re starting a new online business or giving your existing one a makeover, your corporate identity will significantly determine your success. The nucleus of corporate identity is your logo and that’s where we’ll start. For the best design possible, we will send you a 20-point questionnaire and then use your answers to research your competition and similar brands. Lastly, we will suggest different imagery and symbolism for your new logo.
Sketching & drafting
We will present you with 3 to 5 different logo drafts to choose from. Think it’s not enough? We actually sketch dozens of options before selecting the most outstanding 3 to 5 concepts that we’ll present to you.
Revisions, revisions...
Once you choose your favorite logo draft, we’ll ask for your feedback to enhance the image. We then apply your suggestions and present you with a more refined version. After you review the improved version we will polish it, and your logo will be ready for action.
Our experience has proved that our 3 to 5 logo drafting is successful 99% of the time. However, if you feel that additional revisions are necessary, we will be happy to make them and negotiate a fair rate for the additional time.
The logo package
Upon finalizing your logo, we will deliver a complete logo package. This package includes full color, spot color, negatives, grayscale, black & white, and monochrome versions. The color versions will be delivered in vector and raster formats (ai, eps, pdf, png, and jpeg). You may use them in print and/or online, in any size, and for whatever media—from business cards to billboard to faxes and T-shirts. The package also includes a summary of the color codes used, fonts, and preferred uses of the different color versions.
