Our Process: How We Work
Xtreme Dynamics handles each project with the individual attention that you deserve. With that in mind, we use the following general Web design process:
Proposal & contract
During our initial contact - in person, by telephone, or by e-mail - we will ask you a series of questions to discover your goals and determine your Web design needs. We then analyze your industry and competition. It is important to us that your online presence is as good as—if not better than—your competition.
Our research process allows us to determine the proper structure, look and feel, and suitable technology that will be necessary for a successful Web site. An informal estimate based on all of this data will then be drafted and presented to you. If the estimate is within your budget, we will write a formal proposal and contract and begin work on your project once a deposit has been received.
Layout & design drafts
Based on the agreed proposal and contract, we will create a design template of the Web site’s home page and present it to you for review. This step is very important as it will set the look and feel of the entire Web site. At this point we ask you to submit a maximum of two revisions in order to design a final home page template and action plan.
Once the design of the home page has been approved and finalized we will graphically lay out the rest of the Web site. Minor revisions may be made at this time if required. Once you approve all of the pages we will begin building the Web site.
Web implementation
We will use the design templates generated during the previous steps to build the Web site with your content and images (content and images may also be supplied and/or created by the Xtreme Dynamics team). As we build the Web site we will implement all of the specifications agreed upon in the proposal and contract.
Xtreme Dynamics relies on the latest technologies and standards to ensure maximum efficiency. Basic search engine optimization (SEO) is applied to every Web site we build in order to ensure optimal search engine results.
Testing, launching & training
Once the Web site is completed, Xtreme Dynamics will present you with a beta version of the site. The beta version is used for the client and developer to review and test the Web site for functionality and preciseness before the site goes live on the Internet.
If your Web site includes any of our advanced integrations—such as a blog or our custom XD-CMS and XD-SHOP solutions - we will train you so you can successfully manage these applications.
Upon successful testing, training, and approval of the beta version, the Web site goes from beta to live, and becomes immediately available on the Internet.

From time to time, you might require some changes to your Web site. We are always here to apply those changes for you. Whether you’re a large insurer that constantly offers new services and products or a small fitness studio that occasionally offers a new class or workshop—you can count on Xtreme Dynamics to keep your Web site updated, your clients informed, and your business booming.
You manage it
If you would like to make changes to the content of your Web site yourself and at your convenience, Xtreme Dynamics can set you up to easily do it yourself. Our XD-CMS Content Management System allows you to update and manage your Web site without the need to learn or know Web design or programming.
