Our Process: How We Work
Xtreme Dynamics handles each project with the individual attention that our clients deserve. With that in mind, we use the following general Web development process:
Planning & proposal
From shopping carts and photo galleries to online stores and membership Web sites, Web development applications range from the most simple to very complex. At Xtreme Dynamics we develop and apply these applications with your business model in mind. During our initial contact - in person, by telephone, or by e-mail - we will discuss and determine exactly what applications your Web site needs and recommend different options.
Once we have agreed on the specific applications we will estimate the time and cost and present you with an informal estimate. If the estimate is within your budget, we will then write a formal proposal and contract and begin developing your applications once a deposit has been received.
Development & testing
Based on the agreed proposal and contract, we will develop your application(s) and design the necessary database(s). Once we have developed a functional application we will present it to the client for review and feedback. Necessary corrections will be applied before fine-tuning and testing.
Once the features of each application have been approved and finalized we will test it and debug it to ensure maximum functionality. The applications are then embedded onto your Web site and ready for business.
We deliver it
Once the applications are ready, we review the project and train you so that you can successfully manage these applications. Upon successful testing, training, and approval, the applications will be implemented to your Web site and immediately available to your users online.
We support it
Your Web applications might occasionally need modifications or support. If your business is expanding or your clients’ demands are changing, you might want to develop add-ons or modify features to your Web applications. We are always here to apply those changes for you.
